¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi envío?

Al tratarse de calzado artesanal creado de forma individual y manual, una vez confirmado el pedido se lleva a cabo la fabricación, que dura en torno a 10 días hábiles. Una vez finalizada la fabricación, se comunica al cliente mediante correo electrónico que su calzado está listo y se realiza el envío. La fecha de entrega depende de la zona de envío. El cliente podrá realizar en todo momento el seguimiento de su envío.

Plazos de transporte orientativos:
• España peninsular: 24-48 horas
• Baleares: 48- 72 horas
• Canarias Ceuta y Melilla: 4 días
• Países de la EU: 5 días
• Resto de Europa: 1 semana
• Norteamérica: 10 días

Si compro algo, ¿puedo cambiarlo o devolverlo?

Elenovari sólo permitirá la anulación de un pedido durante las 24 horas siguientes a su realización. En caso de
devolución de la mercancía, los gastos de envío correrán por cuenta del cliente. Deberá realizarse en los catorce
días hábiles siguientes a la recepción de la mercancía, en las mismas condiciones en que le fue entregada.No
se aceptarán devoluciones de pedidos fuera de los plazos indicados ni en productos de la categoría "Outlet".

¿Cómo debo llevar a cabo el cuidado del calzado Elenovari?

Nuestras alpargatas están creadas con mucho mimo para que te acompañen durante años. Es importante que no las metas en la lavadora debido a sus materiales.

LA CUÑA
La cuña está compuesta de yute natural blanqueado o teñido, según el modelo. En caso de que el yute se moje, se dejará secar al sol, sin aplicar ningún tipo de secado artificial o químico. Esta es la mejor manera de eliminar
la humedad.
En caso de que se produzcan manchas superficiales, pueden eliminarse con un trapo seco. Si las manchas son más profundas te aconsejamos que frotes suavemente con un cepillo de dientes una solución jabonosa (dos vasos de agua y una cucharada de detergente suave o lavaplatos) y después dejes secar al sol.

Si las manchas son de barro, lo mejor es que esperes a que se seque y después realices el proceso anterior.

LA LONA

Para eliminar manchas superficiales de la lona puedes utilizar un cepillo o un trapo seco. Si las manchas son más profundas también puedes eliminarlas frotando con un trapo mojado en una solución jabonosa. Es muy importante frotar suavemente haciendo círculos y no arrastrar el trapo ya que pueden mezclarse los colores.
También se pueden utilizar toallitas de bebé. Una vez que la mancha se haya frotado, se aclarará y eliminará el jabón con un trapo húmedo y se dejará secar al sol. Es normal que después de la limpieza los colores de la pintura pierdan cierta intensidad.

PIEL
Nuestros modelos con piel no deben limpiarse con agua. Te aconsejamos que compres un kit de limpieza especializado en cuero, que podrás encontrar en la mayoría de tiendas de calzado de alta gama.

¿Qué pasa si no encuentro el modelo que estoy buscando?

Si en la web no encuentras algún modelo que te guste de nuestras redes sociales podemos crearlas siempre que haya existencia de materiales. Todos los modelos existentes admiten ciertas modificaciones; como cambio de color, cambio de materiales, variaciones de atado... Estas variaciones no implican modificaciones en el precio. Además, todos los modelos pueden realizarse en cualquiera de las tres alturas con las que trabajamos: 3cm, 6,5cm o 9,5cm. En caso de que la talla no fuera la correcta se repetiría el proceso sin ningún cargo, solo habría que pagar los portes de devolución desde su domicilio.
Por otra parte, como sabemos que cada persona es única y queremos que sus alpargatas también lo sean, con Elenovari puedes crear las tuyas siguiendo lo que te mueve por dentro gracias a su servicio de personalización.
Solo tienes que comentarnos cómo quieres tus alpargatas, cuál es el vestido y los complementos con los que quieres combinarlas, los colores que te gustan... Cualquier cosa que se te ocurra puede ayudar a que nos orientemos con tu diseño.
En función de todo esto, te hacemos tres propuestas y realizamos la que elijas. Las propuestas personalizadas cuestan 40€, que se descuentan del precio final en caso de hacer el pedido. El modelo elegido puede ser una combinación de las tres propuestas. Los precios de esta modalidad oscilan entre los 145€ y los 155€, con gastos de envío no incluidos.
Hay ciertos diseños que no realizamos; como retratos, copias a modelos de otras firmas o letras bordadas.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

As the footwear is handmade and individually created by hand, once the order is confirmed, the manufacturing process is carried out, which takes around 10 working days. Once the manufacturing is finished, the customer is informed by email that their footwear is ready and it is shipped. The delivery date depends on the delivery area. The customer can track the shipment at any time.

If I buy something, can I exchange it or return it?

Elenovari will only allow the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of it being placed.
In the case of return of the goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. This must be done within fourteen working days following receipt of the goods, in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for orders placed outside of the indicated deadlines or for products in the "Outlet" category.

How should i take care of my elenovari shoes?

Our espadrilles are created with great care so that they will be with you for years to come. It is important that you do not put them in the washing machine due to their materials.

THE WEDGE
The wedge is made of natural jute, bleached or dyed, depending on the model. If the jute gets wet, it should be left to dry in the sun, without any artificial or chemical drying. This is the best way to eliminate
moisture.
In case of superficial stains, they can be removed with a dry cloth. If the stains are deeper, we advise you to gently scrub a soapy solution (two glasses of water and a tablespoon of mild detergent or dishwashing liquid) with a toothbrush and then leave to dry in the sun.
If the stains are mud stains, it is best to wait for it to dry and then carry out the above process.

THE CANVAS
To remove superficial stains from the canvas you can use a brush or a dry cloth. If the stains are deeper, you can also remove them by rubbing with a cloth dipped in a soapy solution. It is very important to rub gently in circles and do not drag the cloth as this may cause the colours to blend.
Baby wipes can also be used. Once the stain has been rubbed, rinse and remove the soap with a damp cloth and leave to dry in the sun. It is normal for the paint colours to fade after cleaning.

LEATHER
Our leather models should not be cleaned with water. We advise you to buy a specialised leather cleaning kit, which can be found in most high-end shoe shops.

What if I can't find the model I'm looking for?

If you can't find a model you like on the web from our social networks, we can create them as long as there are available materials. All the existing models admit certain modifications; such as change of colour, change of materials, variations of binding... These variations do not imply changes in the price. Moreover, all models can be made in any of the three heights we work with: 3cm, 6,5cm or 9,5cm. If the size is not correct, the process will be repeated free of charge, you will only have to pay the return postage from your home address.
On the other hand, as we know that each person is unique and we want your espadrilles to be unique too, with Elenovari you can create your own by following what moves you inside thanks to their customization service.
All you have to do is tell us how you want your espadrilles, what dress and accessories you want to combine them with, the colours you like... Anything you can think of can help us to help you with your design.
Depending on all this, we will make you three proposals and we will make the one you choose. Personalised proposals cost €40, which is deducted from the final price if you place the order. The chosen model can be a combination of the three proposals. The prices of this modality range from 145€ to 155€, shipping costs not included.
There are certain designs that we do not produce; such as portraits, copies of models from other brands or embroidered lettering.
