Shipping costs

Shipping charges are included in the bill.

Delivery date:

Elenovari makes handmade shoes, one by one, so that once the order is confirmed, the manufacturing takes place which lasts about ten business days. Once the order is completed, the customer is informed by email that it is ready and the shipment is made, thereafter.

Elenovari sends the orders to its customers through different reputable national and international transport companies. The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the final destiny.

Approximate transport times:

• Mainland Spain: 24-48 hours

• Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours

• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4 days

• EU countries: 5 days

• Rest of Europe: 1 week

• North America: 10 days

Customers can track their shipment with the tracking code that Elenovari will forward by email, once the order is picked up at origin. Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents during the transport and by difficulties in delivering the goods.


Shipments are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having received the customer's shipping address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. Please inspect the goods when received in the presence of the delivery agent. In case of damage due to shipping, the customer must state it on the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by the shipping will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery of the goods.


Elenovari will only allow an order to be cancelled during the 24 hours following its initial confirmation.

In case the goods are returned, shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Returns must be done within fourteen business days following receipt of the merchandise and returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Cancelation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for products in the OUTLET section of the website.

If Elenovari ships merchandise which is different from that purchased by the customer, it will be removed and the customer will be sent the correct merchandise at no additional charge.
